The olives are collected from strictly chosen olive groves on Crete, using only mechanical methods. In this way we ensure that the organoleptic features (our region’s taste and flavour) can be reproduced as such and transferred to your table.
Its colour is golden green, its flavour is fruity and its taste has hints of tomato and pepper.
