Our Company participated in Anuga 2019 Cologne Germany, a premier trade fair which once again was the most important meeting point of the food and beverage industry worldwide. In just five days, the fair attracted more than 170,000 visitors from all over the world for 7,590 exhibitors.
BioSitia SA had a strong presence, promoting PDO Sitia olive oil and the Toplou Monastery brand name. In a pavilion “full of Greece”, BioSitia SA gave the best impression not just because of the design but also because of the quality of its products. Hundreds of visitors had the opportunity to taste the products of the “Toplou Monastery” series, ranking them undoubtedly in the category of high-quality products with unique gastronomic flavors.
With Anuga 2019 closing 100 years since its first opening, the conditions helped for important meetings, new partnerships and identifying market trends, innovations and consumers’ expectations. During the business meetings in those five days buyers highlighted their interest on PDO Sitia and their co-operation with BioSitia SA.
